facing financial distress due to unsecured loans.
The following policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellation and refund of
our services.

1. Nature of Our Services
Shubhchintak provides professional consultation, legal support, and negotiation services for
the settlement of unsecured loans. We do not provide any financial lending, consolidation,
or transfer services.
All payments collected are towards:
- Service charges
- Documentation
- Legal representation
- Loan details (lender, amount, overdue status, etc.)
- Case analysis and execution
2. Service Cancellation
- Cancellation by the Client:
- Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of making the initial payment,
provided no consultation or documentation work has started.
- After this period, or once services such as consultations, calls, or document
preparation have begun, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- Cancellation by Shubhchintak: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate
services if:
- The client fails to cooperate or provide accurate documents.
- The client breaches any terms of service.
- The client fails to pay the agreed service charges on time.
In such cases, no refund shall be processed.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services involving time, effort, and legal engagement, we do not offer refunds once the service process has been initiated.
- Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Payment made twice for the same service accidentally.
- Services were not initiated due to a delay or error on our end.
- Refund Request Process:
- Clients must email their refund request to: info@shubhchintak.org.in within 3 days of the payment date.
- Valid proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt) must be provided.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
4. No Refund in These Situations
- Client decides to settle directly with the lender after our involvement has started.
- Client is unresponsive after payment.
- Client withdraws for personal or emotional reasons after legal or negotiation work begins.
- Delays caused by banks or third parties (outside our control).
- Legal outcomes not matching client expectations (as we do not guarantee outcomes).
5. Modification of This Policy
- Shubhchintak reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
